Welcome to MathMind. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the MathMind mobile application (the "App") provided by Rouba Kiprianos ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
MathMind is a mobile application that teaches mental math techniques through lessons, practice drills, and timed challenges. It is intended for educational and entertainment purposes.
You must be at least 13 years old to create an Apple ID and download the App. Users under 18 should have a parent or guardian review these Terms.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the App for your personal, non-commercial use on any iOS device you own or control, subject to these Terms and Apple's App Store terms.
MathMind does not require an account. All your progress, stats, and preferences are stored locally on your device. You are responsible for:
MathMind offers a one-time "MathMind Pro" unlock that provides access to the full content library (currently 30 tricks across 7 categories).
Refund requests must be submitted to Apple, not to us. You can request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com. We do not have the ability to process refunds directly.
All text, graphics, animations, and code in the App are owned by Rouba Kiprianos or licensed to us. The mental math techniques themselves are standard educational content and not subject to copyright, but the specific explanations, examples, and visual presentation are ours.

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:
Mental math is a skill that develops with practice. Individual results vary.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of progress, or device malfunction.
Our total liability for any claim arising from the App is limited to the amount you paid for MathMind Pro (if any), or €10, whichever is greater.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death, personal injury, or fraud as required by German or EU law.
We may update, modify, or discontinue features of the App at any time. If we significantly reduce paid features, existing Pro users will continue to have access to the features they purchased.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you via an in-app notice before the changes take effect. Continued use of the App after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms remain in effect until terminated. You may terminate them by deleting the App from your device. We may terminate your license if you materially breach these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding its conflict-of-law rules. Any disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of Berlin, Germany, to the extent permitted by mandatory consumer protection law.
If you are an EU consumer, you retain all rights granted by mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence.
The European Commission provides an online dispute resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are not obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
You acknowledge that these Terms are between you and us, not Apple, and that Apple is not responsible for the App or its content. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the App. In the event of any failure of the App to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple and Apple will refund the purchase price (if any) for the App to you.
Apple and Apple's subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and have the right to enforce them against you.
